Responsibilities

• Assembles, checks for proper function, identifies malfunctions of equipment, and takes action to correct malfunctions of equipment.
• Collects and evaluates additional pertinent clinical information by assessing patient s overall cardiopulmonary status.
• Conducts therapeutic procedures to achieve adequate spontaneous and artificial ventilation.
