We are seeking an immediate temporary Corporate Event Coordinator to support a growing organization with corporate event planning, trade show coordination, and marketing materials management. This role is heavily focused on coordinating trade show logistics, vendor communication, shipment tracking, event setup, and day-to-day organization of marketing assets and materials.

This is a highly hands-on role that requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys both administrative coordination and physical event preparation responsibilities, including organizing, moving, and managing marketing materials and event equipment.
