• Manage end-to-end course registration and enrolment processes
• Track attendance and issue confirmations
• Coordinate training schedules and venue bookings
• Prepare training materials, attendance sheets and evaluation forms
• Maintain learning records and training trackers
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers and external vendors
• Consolidate training feedback and generate basic reports
• Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties
