Responsibilities - Develop test cases and data-generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system.
- Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel and HPQC while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases.
- Identify and document defects using Excel and HPQC, and manage the complete defect resolution process.
