• Develop test cases and data‑generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system
• Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel and HPQC while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines
• Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases
• Identify and document defects using Excel and HPQC, and manage the complete defect resolution process
• Perform accuracy checks on all letters, notices, and statements to ensure a seamless migration to the new system
