Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the FM&E Manager and under limited supervision, the Temperature Control Mechanic (TCM) performs a variety of skilled, complex maintenance and repair duties. This requires use of schematics, blueprints and specifications while using precedence and judgment in determining work methods used in accordance with accepted codes, standards, regulations and procedures. Most duties will involve decisions on equipment operation, alteration, program modification or repairs, determination of cause of equipment breakdowns and resolving emergency or urgent requests for service. The TCM operates specialized equipment including complex building maintenance systems, tests equipment and is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in accordance with Health Shared Services standards and practices.
