In this role you will manage and improve temporary accommodation standards while supporting residents, investigating tenancy issues, and ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day temporary accommodation, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
• Carry out inspections and investigate issues such as repairs, damp and mould, ASB, and tenancy breaches.
• Support residents by providing advice, resolving issues, and making referrals to relevant support services.
• Take appropriate enforcement action where necessary and maintain accurate case records and reports.
