The Position

We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer to join a reputable business based in North Brisbane. This role is seeking an immediate start for an initial temporary assignment with view for extension. This role also offers flexible working hours. 

You'll support the Accounts Payable team with the day-to-day processing of invoices, supplier queries and administrative tasks that keep the AP function running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with some AP experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter supplier invoices into the system.
• Monitor and manage the shared Accounts Payable inbox, responding to supplier queries and internal requests.
• Assist with invoice matching, coding and data entry.
• Maintain supplier records and ensure documentation is up to date.
