📅 Contract: 6 months - ASAP start

🕒 Hours: 37 per week, Monday-Friday (flexible start/finish times)

💷 Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

About the Role 💼

We're working with one of our Housing Associations who are looking for a Temporary Senior Administrator to join their team. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and supporting housing processes from application through to tenancy sign-up.

What You'll Do ✅

Be the first point of contact for housing enquiries, resolving issues quickly.
Provide admin support to the team and assist customers in line with company policies.
Manage applications, waiting lists, and tenancy paperwork.
Help customers with bidding and maintain online platforms.
Prepare documents for court
Support promotional events and training sessions.
