Position Overview
Capitalize on your bilingual skills as a Temporary Training Specialist at Sunoco LP. In this role, you will create and facilitate impactful training that supports store operations across Canada.
This position reports to the Director of Training and Development. You will assess training needs, design effective learning experiences, and provide classroom-based and virtual training to franchise partners. Candidates should exhibit strong project management skills and experience with various digital content creation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate training materials for various platforms
• Coordinate and host live virtual training events
• Conduct in-store training for franchise partners
• Manage the Learning Management System and ensure its efficacy
• Support food safety training initiatives as needed
Requirements:
