Temporary - Customer Service Executive

£26,000 - £27,000 annually

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon-Fri on site (no hybrid working)

Must be able to interview Tuesday, 21st or Wednesday 2nd July

Our client would like some additional support for a Customer Service Executive position. The role is likely to last a few weeks and possibly go permanent for the right person. They need someone who is business astute, organised, with great communication skills.

Duties:

* Answer the telephone and pass any queries on to the relevant person or department

* Clarify any appointments

* Check routes for appointments

* Maintain a CRM/database

* Any other related duties
