Position Overview

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Temporary Deceased Estates Administrator in the Estates Department of our Pretoria Branch.

Requirements: 


  • At least 2 years previous experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator 

  • Certificate in Deceased Estate Administration would be an advantage 

  • Legal Ease experience

  • Strong attention to deadline and working under pressure with large volumes of work


Duties: 


  • Drafting and checking of Final Distribution Statements

  • Estate Administration

  • Reporting of Estates

  • Placing of advertisements

  • Dealing with assets and beneficiaries

  • Preparing files for L&D accounts

  • Obtaining filing slip
