Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of SIT Convocation ceremonies, including logistics arrangements and on-site event support
  • Assist in the administration of awards, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and respond to enquiries via email and phone professionally, ensuring prompt follow‑up and resolution
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth day‑to‑day activities of the Registrar’s Office
  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties assigned to support operational requirements
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in event operations and/or customer‑facing roles will be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
