Day-to-Day Responsibilities
ββ’ Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time using Workday Payroll and OSV
ββ’ Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; proactively identify and mitigate risks
ββ’ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
ββ’ Conduct regular payroll audits to validate data accuracy and ensure compliance standards are met
ββ’ Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
ββ’ Troubleshoot payroll system issues and support configuration updates within Workday Payroll and OSV
ββ’ Partner cross-functionally with HR Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Workforce Management teams to ensure seamless payroll operations (including reconciliations and payroll funding)
