The successful candidate
must be well organized with a high level of attention to detail, able to meet recurring and conflicting deadlines, and able to always ensure a high level of confidentiality. The ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships, particularly with HR management, is also critical to ensuring accuracy and timeliness with the payroll. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Accountable for accurate and timely payroll for one or more employee groups (Teacher, Support, Casual, TTOC). · Knowledge and understanding of employment contracts, collective agreements, and legislation impacting payroll. · Advanced level knowledge of Atrieve payroll processing system, including interfaces with HR system for employee absences, dispatches, notifications. · Advanced level knowledge of Atrieve payroll reporting system for review, analysis, audit, and reconciliation of various payroll data and output. · Knowledge of accounting ...
