Temporary Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing and busy real estate team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable professional to step into a well-structured portfolio and provide seamless support to a busy team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a residential property portfolio of approx. properties with a focus on service excellence

Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and tenants

Conduct routine inspections and manage lease renewals

Handle arrears, compliance, and tenancy matters in line with legislation

Maintain accurate records and provide clear communication to all stakeholders

About You:

Proven experience in residential property management

Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast paced, busy environment 

Strong knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation
