Position Overview

Job Responsibilities: 1. IT Support (Basic)
  • Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems (e.g., login issues, basic troubleshooting, software installation).
  • Assist users with common IT-related queries and escalate more complex issues where necessary.
  • Support setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices.
  • Ensure systems are updated with necessary patches and basic security practices.
2. Asset Management & Tracking (Basic)
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, accessories, and equipment loans.
  • Assist in updating and managing asset inventory lists.
  • Perform basic asset checking, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Support asset labelling and tagging for tracking and audit purposes.
