Your new roleYou’ll be responsible for delivering a high‑quality tenancy and estate management service, ensuring safe, sustainable and well‑managedmunities. This is a fast‑paced role where no two days look the same and you’ll be trusted to manage your workload independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Manage a patch of general‑needs properties across the region

Conduct tenancy sign‑ups, reviews, and sustainment work

Respond to and manage low‑level ASB cases, breaches and tenancy issues
