Taitara Mahi – Tenancy Officer Permanent Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Work with the team to manage tenancy applications, agreements, and occupancy to maximise housing availability

Monitor and manage rent payments, arrears, and tenancy compliance

Undertake property inspections and work alongside asset teams on maintenance and renewals

Provide mediation and help resolve tenancy issues

Coordinate village activities and foster positive community connections

Build strong relationships with health providers, social services, iwi and community organisations
