Tenant Liaison Officer to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential building portfolio. This role is central to ensuring strong tenant relationships, optimal occupancy levels, efficient rental collection, and smooth lease administration processes.
You will act as the key link between tenants and management—ensuring a professional, responsive, and well-organised rental environment while maintaining strong financial and operational control across the portfolio.
Tenant Acquisition & Marketing
- Support marketing and networking activities to maintain optimal occupancy levels
- Manage waiting lists and engage prospective tenants
- Ensure visibility of site marketing materials and accurate tenant communication
