Ocean Infinity is looking for motivated Tender Coordinators to join our growing team.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for information (RFIs), and tender responses, ensuring everything is delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with our defined processes. You’ll work closely with our Global Business Development team, playing a key role in securing new opportunities and driving business growth.

Tender Coordination

• Monitor, coordinate and manage incoming enquiries through a centralised location, including PQQs, RFIs, and tender opportunities, ensuring timely review, prioritisation and allocation where required, and accurate capture and maintenance of all relevant information is accurately within CRM and SharePoint systems.
