We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional RFQs, managing end-to-end responses.
• Consolidate and process APAC pricing (excluding North Asia) for global/regional tenders.
• Maintain and analyze Historical Tender Database based on won RFQs.
• Handle RFIs within required timelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Perform RFQ sanity checks (98% accuracy target) before submission.
• Ensure complete and accurate rate components (units & currencies) in submissions.
• Support Sales Operations in generating profitability reports.
• Maintain Tender Pricing Contact List and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to emails within 24 hours.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
