Our Client is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead and manage the tendering process for M&E construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive and compliant bids, managing tender submissions, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end tender process from enquiry to award. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare cost estimates and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations. Conduct commercial and risk assessments. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Attend tender clarifications and negotiations. Support contract handover upon project award. Lead and mentor tendering and estimating team members. Requirements
