Job Purpose

As a Tender/GeM coordinator, you would be responsible for the preparation, submission of various Tenders & to manage or supervise the entire tendering process.

Major Role & Responsibilities

Study Qualification Criteria of tenders and make assessment for qualification.

Preparation of Price bids by making/filling various schedules given in bid.

Physical submission of tenders either personally or delegating the same to the respective account management team.

In case of E‑tenders:- scanning/uploading of documents on websites.

Should have in‑depth knowledge of GeM (Government e‑Market Place) Portal.

Attending Price‑bid (Commercial opening) meetings; Preparation of comparison chart / Analysis report Etc. & submission of the same to the respective Manager.

Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from the tender floating stage up‑to award of work.
