Position Overview

            Job Scope  Plan and supervise day-to-day inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to deliver all the required targets. 
Plan and execute daily resources to ensure KPI is not compromised. 
Assist staffs to resolve all booking/operations challenges/issues. 
Train all admin/operations staffs adequately and maintain all relevant records. 
Check team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards. 
Check team compliance to system processes or customer’s specified requirement 
Escalate to Manager/Operations Executive on any non-conformance and execute assigned remedy actions to resolve this non-conformance 
Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. 
Support and execute all system testing/upgrade activities with internal and/or external stakeholders. 
Support and execute all activities to achieve business Continuous Improvement & Sustainability objectives.
