• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse admin and operations activities to achieve operational targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower to ensure KPIs are met.
• Resolve booking and operational issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Train admin/operations staff and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Security, 5S, quality standards, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Escalate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with customers and transporters.
• Manage customer returns and vendor returns.
• Perform warehouse system data entry and generate picking lists.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
