Job Scope - Supervise daily inbound/outbound operations and admin team, ensuring KPIs and quarterly targets are met
- Train and support admin/operations staff; resolve booking and operations issues
- Ensure team compliance with HSE, security, quality, and system/customer standards
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors on shipments, returns, and daily issues
- Handle warehouse data entry, pick lists, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Support system upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and team-building efforts
- Manage overtime planning and Escalate/recommend action on non-conformance issues

Working Hours: Morning Shifts (Fridays to Tuesdays)
