Main Responsibility
Leads the sales team in executing tasks by motivating members and ensures the attainment of management‑set key performance targets through objective setting, performance tracking, problem‑solving, and coaching.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
- Must have a valid Professional or Non‑Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC.
