Territory Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Handling of distributors/retailers on regular basis
• Responsible for meeting debtor targets as agreed with ASM on monthly basis
• Overdue reduction of 10% against last year.
• Monitor and guide SPs for complete area coverage and achievement of KPIs
• Agree strategy /plan with ASM in order to reduce cheque bouncing by 20% from last year
• Ensure that all statement of accounts of customers / dealers within the area are duly signed every month
• Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets
• Solve market issues amicably under the supervision of ASM
• Ensure to provide clarity after formal approval from ASM on discounts (monthly, annual special schemes) to the trade team as well as the customers
• Ensure proper communication to all customers about ongoing foreign schemes given by the company
