Dealer Management:- Drive channel partner engagement programs. Farmer Engagement & Demonstrations: Conduct farmer meetings, field days, crop seminars, and village-level campaigns.

Takneek Plot Farmer, Associated Farmer
Promotion of Agri Input, Tractor & FM
Lead Generation & help in conversion of deal
Impact on farmer Income and Cost of Cultivation.
Territory revenue growth.
Market share growth of Core business
Number of farmer meetings and demonstrations conducted.
New customer acquisition.
Product penetration in key crops.


Experience

4–8 years of sales experience in: Seeds/Crop Protection Chemicals/Fertilizers/Biologicals/Farm Machinery/Agricultural Inputs/Agritech Solutions
Proven experience in territory sales management and channel Management.
