Test Analyst – Oracle HCM Payroll

Up to £325pd Inside IR35

Reading - Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO/week

12 months+ contract

Job Description:

• 4–8 years overall testing experience with at least 2–3 years in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing.

• Good understanding of UK Payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance (NI), pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing.

• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.

• Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and defect management activities.

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
