We are looking for a Test Lead (Player-Coach) to build and embed a practical, high-impact testing capability within our PMO, while staying actively involved in delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of hands‑on testing, leading by example, and improving how quality is delivered across the SDLC in a fast‑paced, integrated environment.

You will be at the centre of driving quality, structure, and consistency across multiple teams, systems, and vendors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement a fit‑for‑purpose testing framework (standards, templates, governance)
