Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Test Assurance Lead to provide independent quality assurance oversight for a large-scale Contact Centre migration programme. This role will be responsible for governing testing activities, reviewing vendor testing approaches, assessing risks and quality concerns, and ensuring that all testing phases are completed successfully and in accordance with defined quality standards.
