The primary purpose of this position is to: Serve as a Test Management Psychologist (TMP). Responsibilities Monitors and analyzes career field activities, adapting test development schedules and procedures as required Ensures accuracy and completeness of test-related information and administration directions disseminated to other agencies or to the field Plans, organizes, and conducts test development projects Monitors each test from construction through test scoring to ensure continued accuracy and validity Represents Airman Advancement with outside agencies, functional area experts, and individuals Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Professional and Scient...
