• Develop, debug and release test equipements for electronic products manufactured in the location. 
•  Ensure a detailed and realistic plan is provided according to the project schedule and  in-time delivery of committed deliverables. 
• Report the project status on timing, quality and risk to Group Leader. 
•  Continuous improvement for productivity improvement, work methods, 5S, ergonomics,  procedures, etc.
•  Support team leader define standardization of TE team.
•  Ensure testplan is matching with the Product Test Specification. 
•  Follow procedures on equipment procurement and implementation of engineering changes.
•  Provide trouble shooting service to manufacturing on products and test equipements if support needed.
• Using factory data to implement AI related applications in IE department.
