Overview

Your Job: Join our team as a Test Engineer in Guadalajara, where you will play a key role in supporting and developing the test area to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, and technical excellence. In this role, you will directly contribute to keeping production lines running, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvements through data-driven analysis and technical expertise.

You will be part of the DSS division, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments to align tester performance, address failures, and maintain world-class testing standards. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational reliability.

What You Will Do

• Design and construction of fixture and/or test equipment.
• Perform analysis and repair of test equipment, looking for the root cause of the problem and prevent the problem from being endemic.
