CRFS, a global leader in Radio Frequency (RF) technology, seeks an Engineering Test Lead to oversee planning, execution, and continuous improvement of system‑level testing for RF hardware and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Leadership & Strategy: Own and develop the overall test strategy for CRFS systems, including lab and field validation; define methodologies and standards; lead risk‑based planning.
• Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to Systems Test Engineers; assign tasks; review plans; support career development.
