Key Responsibilities
Define and own the overall test strategy, governance model, and delivery approach for Murex programs.
Lead end-to-end testing across system integration, UAT, regression, performance, and cutover phases.
Manage and mentor test leads and analysts to ensure consistent standards and delivery quality.
Partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to validate requirements and resolve defects.
