Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Test Lead for their Los Angeles, CA/Hybrid location. Requirements:

+ Must have 6 – 8 years of experience working in media Residuals-related platforms and application.

+ Drive QA automation adoption and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of QA best practices.

+ Prior experience in onsite/offshore delivery model management.

+ Drive test planning, estimation, execution tracking, defect management, and release sign-off.

+ Review test artifacts, including test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, and test reports.

+ Provide regular status updates and communicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
