<p><b>Role purpose</b></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for overall QA delivery for the program and the primary Hexaware representative for all testing interactions with CAB Program Team, Change Management and Tech Shared Services. Ensure the Test Strategy is implemented end to end, drive AI led automation and enable rapid, safe validation of fixes via the proposed Harness engineering and agentic manifest flows.</li> </ul> <p><b>Key responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Own and drive the completeness and comprehensiveness of the Test Strategy and approach (methodologies, risk assessment, test methods).</li> <li>Plan and coordinate all testing types defined in the strategy: Component Integration, Incremental System Integration (SIT), Parallel testing (CAB & CAGM), End to End (E2E), Release Regression, Non Functional (Performance/Security/Accessibility) and UAT support.</li> <li&g...
