**Job Title: Test Technician**

**Job Description**

The Test Technician on 1st shift diagnoses and resolves mechanical and electrical issues on failed units, performs detailed disassembly and evaluation, and supports production and quality initiatives. This role works independently within a clean, climate-controlled facility, ensuring accurate documentation, safe work practices, and efficient handling of returned and in-process products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on failed units, identifying root causes and documenting findings.
+ Work in a safe manner at all times and follow all established safety rules, procedures, and policies.
+ Disassemble and evaluate failed units to determine necessary repairs, replacements, or disposition.
