**Job Description**

The Test Technician will perform electrical and optical testing on fiber optic and hybrid cable assemblies to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance with industry and internal quality standards. This role requires strong technical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform electrical and optical testing on fiber optic and hybrid cable assemblies using specialized test equipment such as OTDRs, power meters, interferometers, multimeters, and other test instruments.
+ Interpret test specifications, work instructions, and procedures to validate product performance and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose failures, defects, or inconsistencies in cable assemblies, wiring, and connections, and identify root causes of issues.
