Job Description
► Take part in the execution of environmental and lifetime testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (e.g., AQG324)
Test setup preparation: sample preparation, hardware and software (Labview) setup
Test monitoring
Solving technical issues regarding to samples / test equipment
► Take part in the implementation of newly developed test methods for power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility
► Perform hands-on tasks in the laboratory, including conducting electrical tests, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment
