**Tester-Solder Assembler**

**Details:**

+ Mansfield, OH
+ 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (M–F).
+ Pay: $19/hr.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assemble, solder, and test a variety of relays and contactors according to JSTD-001 Military Spec. Soldering Procedures.
+ Perform operational testing (operating times, voltages, dielectric, insulation resistance); check compliance with final test FTP specs.
+ Accurately follow and interpret blueprints, wire schematics, test instructions, FTP/ATP reports, and written procedures.
+ Use measurement instruments, hand tools, gauges, analyzers, multimeters, and power supplies for testing and diagnostics.
+ Identify, repair, and reassemble faulty units; conduct retests as needed.
+ Operate mass spectrometers and ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) equipment as required.
+ Inspect products for correct color, shape, texture, and grade versus templates and standards.
