Position Overview

            Job Description

Own and guide the connector validation domain for new product development, change validation, and field issue replication.
Define validation plan aligned with product safety, customer specifications, and industry standards.
Design, execute, and optimize validation programs that include:Mechanical tests: Durability, retention force, insertion/extraction force, wear analysis, mating cycles.
Electrical tests: Contact resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, signal integrity.
Environmental tests: Thermal shock, humidity, corrosion (salt spray), vibration, dust/water ingress (IP ratings), etc.
Drive root cause analysis and field failure investigation for validation failures using tools such as SEM, micro-sectioning, FEA correlation, etc.
