We are currently looking for a Testing Manager - Finacle core banking implementation for our UAE operations.
Education & Certifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
- PMP / Agile certifications are an advantage.
Required Skills & Experience Core Requirements - 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- 5 years in a test management role for core banking or large enterprise systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Finacle core banking implementation or upgrades.
- Strong expertise in defect triage and defect lifecycle management.
Technical Skills - Knowledge of core banking modules (CASA Loans Deposits Payments).
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, etc.).
- Understanding of integration testing and data migration validation.
