We are looking for an experienced Cards Test Manager to lead endtoend test strategy, execution, and governance for card payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own test strategy and release readiness for issuing & acquiring systems
• Lead testing across the full card transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation)
• Manage scheme & regulatory testing for Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay, JCB
• Drive quality metrics, defect management, and environment readiness
• Enable test automation, tooling, and nonfunctional testing (performance/resilience)
• Collaborate with technology, compliance, risk, and business teams

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience in Cards / Payments testing
• Proven test leadership in Agile/SDLC environments
