To expand design capacity and accelerate speed‑to‑floor across pet toys, apparel, bedding, and throws, the company is hiring a designer who can translate trend and licensing direction into production‑ready textile, product, and packaging assets. This role connects creative concepting with manufacturability, ensuring all designs meet retailer and licensor standards while hitting timelines and cost targets.
