The Textile Sourcing Specialist at Thirty Three Threads is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing our global network of raw material mills and finished goods manufacturers. Operating in the premium activewear and barefoot fitness space (Yoga, Pilates, Barre), this role ensures that our supply chain balances optimum product innovation, costing margins, strict production timelines, and high quality .

Key Responsibilities

• Global Partner Sourcing: Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with international material suppliers, textile mills, and garment manufacturers (primarily in Asia and Central America).
• Factory Capabilities Assessment: Evaluate global factory machinery capabilities, capacities, and technical expertise to allocate seasonal collections to the most appropriate manufacturers.
