TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga whose main purpose is to prepare fresh graduate talents with comprehensive general banking knowledge and exposure to be placed in key positions for a short period of time.

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor or Master Degree
• Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:
• Leadership potential
• Strong desire to learn and succeed
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to Think without the Box
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive
• Good proficiency in English and/or Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia
